Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
Manage daily HR operations and employee documentation.
Handle employee grievances and engagement activities.
Coordinate with internal teams and department managers.
Manage government-related coordination and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Labour Laws).
Monitor attendance, leave records and payroll inputs.
Handle employee joining, transfers, exits and FnF coordination.
Maintain HR MIS, recruitment trackers and employee databases.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or MBA in HR preferred.
Minimum 3 years of experience in HR Operations and Recruitment.
Knowledge of PF, ESIC, payroll and labour laws.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS tools.
Ability to work independently and multitask.
Telugu, Hindi and English communication skills preferred.

Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
