Sr. HR Executive/ HR Executive

As a Senior HR Executive/ HR Executive, your role involves finding out required key roles and successfully identifying resources for succession planning. You will be responsible for identifying training needs and organizing in-house or external training sessions as per the requirements. Coordinating initial induction training, organizing employee motivation activities, and coordinating employee engagement activities will also be part of your key responsibilities. Completing periodical reviews, documenting various training programs, and managing expenses related to employee training are crucial tasks in this role. Additionally, you will be arranging and conducting interviews, screening candidates, and coordinating recruitment activities. Resolving employee grievances, interacting with employees to enhance satisfaction levels, and ensuring timely completion of employee engagement activities are also important aspects of your job. Successful completion of ad-hoc tasks assigned to you will be expected.
