Sr. GSA (F&B service)

Job Summary: As an F&B Service Associate, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to guests. You will ensure prompt, courteous, and efficient service while maintaining high standards of hospitality and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and assist them in finding seating.
• Present menus and provide recommendations based on guest preferences.
• Take orders accurately and coordinate with kitchen staff for timely service.
• Serve food and beverages while adhering to company standards.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas.
• Assist in setting up and clearing tables before and after service.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in food and beverage service is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• A positive attitude and a passion for hospitality.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
