We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Sr Graphics Designer to join our team at Shri Consultancy
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design and excellent creative skills

Roles and Responsibility

Design and develop high-quality visual elements for various projects
Create engaging graphics, logos, and icons that align with the company's brand identity
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliverables
Develop and maintain a consistent visual brand language across all platforms
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in graphic design
Provide design support and guidance to junior designers and team members

Job Requirements

Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and other relevant tools
Strong understanding of color theory, typography, and composition principles
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong attention to detail and quality control
Experience with design standards and best practices
