Sr. Graphic Designer

• Outline Media is looking for Sr. Graphic Designers who think design and art every day. Candidates must be experts at Adobe InDesign, Photoshop & Illustrator and should have a strong digital and print portfolio of over 4 years.

Core Responsibilities:

• Introduce and apply design aesthetics and art direction.
• A strong eye for visual composition, typography & colour for print media (reports, infographics, brochures, flyers)
• Visualize & come up with creative designs and concepts with different tonalities.
• Should design logos, brochures, graphic packaging elements, and other marketing collaterals.
• Should take ownership of the visual elements of creative work for new business pitches.
• Should effectively manage time to meet tight deadlines.
• Uncover new ways to incorporate emerging and new media formats into campaigns.
• Review the work of designers, provide direction and feedback, and coordinate with motion graphic designers.

Qualifications:

• Excellent knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator & Adobe InDesign.
• Knowledge of Graphic Design Principles, Layout, Typography, Colour Schemes, and Branding required.
• Experience in liaising with printers, knowledge about printing production, and techniques.
• Should have up-to-date knowledge of the latest design disciplines, innovations, and technology.
• Should have a strong portfolio with live works which includes websites and other digital collaterals.
• Experience in multimedia design will be an advantage.
• University degree, preferably with emphasis in Fine Arts.
• Prior experience with Branding & Advertising firms is preferred.
