As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in delivering impactful visual solutions by leading high-quality design projects. You will excel in conceptualization, branding, and advanced design execution while mentoring junior designers. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading the creative direction and rendering of design projects such as branding, marketing campaigns, digital & print assets, and product visuals. - Creating advanced 3D renderings, mockups, and visual presentations for products and campaigns. - Collaborating closely with marketing, product, and development teams to ensure design consistency. - Translating brand strategies into compelling visual storytelling. - Managing multiple projects, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring timely delivery. - Reviewing and providing feedback to junior designers to maintain design excellence. - Staying updated with the latest design tools and visual trends. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's/Master's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field. - 10+ years of proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing rendering expertise and advanced visual projects. - Proficiency in design and rendering tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects) and 3D rendering software (Blender, KeyShot, Cinema4D, or equivalent). - Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, color theory, and branding principles. - Ability to manage and lead creative projects independently. - Excellent communication and presentation skills.
