Sr. Graphic Designer

As a Senior Graphic Designer at Netpuppys, you will be an integral part of our digital marketing agency based in Gurgaon, working on projects with clients globally. Your role will involve blending creativity with technology, especially in the realm of AI-powered design. You will have the opportunity to design impactful logos, brand identities, brochures, UI/UX, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality design assets. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design impactful logos and brand identities that resonate with our clients and internal brands. - Create visually compelling brochures, marketing materials, and print/digital collateral. - Develop clean and user-friendly UI/UX for websites, landing pages, and digital products. - Utilize AI tools such as Midjourney, DALLE, Runway, etc. to produce visuals, illustrations, or short video content. - Ensure visual consistency and design standards across all platforms. - Stay updated on design trends, creative tools, and AI innovations in the design space. - Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines with a focus on quality. **Requirements:** - Minimum 4 years of experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, XD/Figma). - Expertise in logo design, branding, and visual identity development. - Strong understanding of UI/UX design and tools like Figma or Adobe XD. - Hands-on experience with AI-based creative tools for image/video generation. - Excellent eye for typography, color, layout, and visual storytelling. - Effective time management, communication, and collaboration skills. **Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):** - Motion design or video editing capabilities. - Web design skills using platforms like Webflow, Elementor, or WordPress. - Experience in digital agencies or branding studios.
