Sr. Graphic Designer

As a team leader in this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of Sales Designers and Production Designers. You will provide both creative and technical support to these teams, ensuring their daily performance and productivity. Your role will involve preparing and submitting monthly performance reports, as well as overseeing the timely delivery of design work while upholding quality standards. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Production, and Marketing, will be essential. You will also play a key role in resolving workflow bottlenecks, assisting designers in problem-solving, and conducting design training sessions and onboarding programs for new team members. Additionally, you will be tasked with identifying and implementing process improvements within the design workflow. The ideal candidate for this position will have proven experience in leading design teams, preferably in the apparel, branding, or printing field. Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and CorelDRAW is required. Excellent communication skills, both in email and reporting, are essential. A good command of English, both spoken and written, is necessary for effective collaboration. Strong team management, coordination, and mentoring abilities are crucial for success in this role. An analytical and problem-solving mindset, as well as being organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, are key attributes that will contribute to your effectiveness.
