Job Description

Role Overview: As a GenAI Developer/Sr. GenAI Developer at Persistent Ltd., you will be a valuable addition to the growing data competency team. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and fine-tune LLMs for real-world use cases, build and optimize RAG pipelines using Langchain or similar tools, and integrate GenAI capabilities into enterprise applications. Your hands-on experience in Python coding, working with vector databases, and collaborating with cross-functional teams on AI-driven features will be essential for ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and availability of data pipelines and analytics. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and fine-tune LLMs for real-world use cases - Build and optimize RAG pipelines using Langchain or similar tools - Integrate GenAI capabilities into enterprise applications - Work with vector databases and embedding techniques - Collaborate with cross-functional teams on AI-driven features Qualifications Required: - 4+ years of experience working with data science - Strong proficiency in prompt Engineering, Langchain, and Fast API - Experience in Microservices (Fast API), RAG, and OpenAI - Experience with ML/Ops technologies - Understanding of machine learning fundamentals, optimization techniques, generative AI, NLP, LLMs, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills - Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment - Proficiency in Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow - Familiarity with LLMs (OpenAI, LLaMA, HuggingFace), RAG frameworks (Langchain, LlamaIndex), FAISS, Weaviate, Pinecone, and Cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure Databricks),
