Sr. Fullstack Engineer

You should have at least 5+ years of hands-on experience in full stack development and hold a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MIS, or possess equivalent professional experience. Your front-end skills should include expertise in React JS, JavaScript, and Redux, while your back-end skills should focus on NodeJS. Proficiency in working with Dynamo DB for databases and using testing frameworks such as Jest and React Testing Library is required. In this role, you will be expected to have experience with browser-based debugging tools and performance testing software. Excellent troubleshooting skills are essential, along with the ability to communicate effectively and collaborate well with the Product Owner and Scrum Master. You should be able to coordinate effectively with stakeholders to resolve blockers and ensure the team has the necessary information for their tasks. A customer-centric mindset is necessary to handle customer-facing issues and adapt to different time zones as required. The ideal candidate should be results-oriented, capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously, and provide technical leadership in their area of expertise. Responsibilities will include designing, developing, and unit testing applications according to established standards. Participation in peer-reviews of solution designs and related code, familiarity with Scrum/Agile methodologies, and the ability to come up with optimal solutions for various challenges are expected. Additionally, you must demonstrate a commitment to staying current with emerging technologies and exploring new developments in the field. The role requires self-motivation and the ability to execute all specified and implied tasks within agreed timelines without constant supervision.
