Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable full-stack applications.

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to

  translate business requirements into technical specifications

• Implement responsive and seamless user interfaces.
• Develop and optimize database structures and queries to ensure high performance and reliability.

• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code

• Actively participate in

  code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting

  to maintain code quality and application stability.
• Evaluate and

  adopt new frameworks, libraries, and tools

  to keep our technology stack current and effective.

• Lead complex technical initiatives

• Mentor and guide junior engineers

Skills & Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in software engineering, with a strong focus on both frontend and backend development.
• Ability to

  understand and design client-side and server-side back-end architectures

  , including familiarity with common stacks like

  MERN

  .
• Proven experience building and maintaining high-performance, scalable, and secure applications based on a

  microservices architecture

  .
• Expertise in building secure, low-latency

  REST APIs

  and integrating with analytics tools.
• Proficiency in core technologies including

  Node.js, TypeScript, React.js, Python, OAuth, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB

  .
• Strong understanding of

  cloud platforms (especially Azure)

  and

  containerization technologies

  such as

  Docker and Kubernetes

  .
• Familiarity with modern development workflows, including

  CI/CD, testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library), and version control systems (e.g., Git)

  .
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and align cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in an iterative and dynamic environment.
