About The Role :: We are seeking an experienced Sr. Full stack Developer with strong leadership qualities and the ability to work independently. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in designing and developing applications using Java and Angular, with a focus on object-oriented analysis and design across various platforms. Experience in agile development, adaptive and responsive development techniques, and effective communication with business partners is essential. Overall Responsibilities: Design and develop applications using Java (70%) and Angular (30%). Work independently and lead development initiatives. Implement agile development methodologies. Conduct application design, software development, and testing. Apply object-oriented analysis and design principles. Utilize adaptive and responsive development techniques. Collaborate with internal and external business partners effectively. Technical Skills: Primary Skills: Proficiency in Java (70%). Expertise in Angular (30%). Strong understanding of object-oriented analysis and design. Experience in agile development methodologies. Secondary Skills: Knowledge of adaptive and responsive development techniques. Aptitude for learning and applying programming concepts. Experience: 7-10 years of experience in designing and development. Proven experience in agile development, application design, software development, and testing. Demonstrated expertise in object-oriented analysis and design across various platforms. Day-to-Day Activities: Independently design and develop applications using Java and Angular. Lead development projects and initiatives. Implement and adhere to agile development practices. Conduct thorough application design, development, and testing. Apply adaptive and responsive development techniques. Communicate effectively with internal and external business partners. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications in Java and Angular (preferred). Soft Skills: Strong leadership qualities and the ability to work independently. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with business partners. Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills. Passionate about technology and continuous learning.
