Sr. Full Stack Developer

As a Senior MERN Stack Developer at our company, you will be a valuable member of our dynamic development team. Your primary responsibilities will include designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to contribute to architectural decisions and mentor junior developers. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and deploy scalable web applications utilizing the MERN stack. - Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code to ensure maintainability. - Collaborate with designers, product managers, and fellow developers to define and implement new features. - Optimize applications for speed and scalability to enhance user experience. - Manage deployment pipelines, integrate third-party APIs, and services to enhance application functionality. - Review code, troubleshoot bugs, and provide constructive feedback to team members for continuous improvement. - Stay updated with emerging technologies and propose innovative ways to enhance development processes. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - 5+ years of hands-on experience with MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js). - Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud-based deployments. - Experience with state management libraries such as Redux and Context API. - Proficiency with Git and modern CI/CD tools for efficient development workflows. - Familiarity with testing frameworks like Jest, Mocha, and Cypress to ensure code quality. - Knowledge of Agile methodologies to support collaborative development practices. - Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail. Nice to Have: - Experience with TypeScript for enhanced type safety. - Familiarity with GraphQL for efficient data querying. - Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes for scalable deployments. - Exposure to DevOps practices to streamline development and operations processes. This is a full-time position with a flexible schedule. The work location is in person, and the schedule is a day shift from Monday to Friday.,
