Graphics Designer cum UI/UX Designer

Job Description:

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and motivated Graphic Designer & UI/UX Designer to join our team. This role is open to interns, fresh graduates, and candidates with up to 1+ year of work experience who are passionate about design and eager to grow their careers in the field.

You will get the opportunity to work on real-world projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and build a strong professional portfolio.

Responsibilities:

• Design engaging graphics for digital platforms (social media posts, banners, infographics, marketing materials, etc.)
• Create and refine wireframes, prototypes, and user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with the product, marketing, and development teams to deliver visually appealing and user-friendly designs.
• Understand user experience flows and suggest improvements to enhance usability.
• Incorporate feedback into designs and continuously improve outputs.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva, XD (or similar).
• Basic understanding of UI/UX principles, wireframing, and design trends.
• Strong creative sense, attention to detail, and ability to visualize concepts.
• A portfolio (academic, freelance, or personal projects) will be an added advantage.
• Must own laptop.

Preferred Qualifications (Optional):

• Prior internship, freelance work, or professional experience (1+ year).
• Knowledge of motion graphics / video editing tools.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS basics (bonus).
