Sr. Finance Specialist - Payroll

Additionally, you will have access to continuous learning opportunities and the chance to explore different roles within the organization. - Maintain accurate records of employee compensation, deductions, and benefits. - Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as TDS, GST, PF, ESI, and other applicable laws. - Perform general accounting duties including journal entries, ledger maintenance, and bank reconciliations. - Generate financial reports and assist in monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing activities. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support internal audits and financial reviews. - Utilize Advanced Excel for financial analysis, reporting, and reconciliation. - Professional experience of 3-4 years. - Experience working with Zoho applications. - Fluent communication skills. - Basic Accounting Knowledge and understanding of Statutory compliances (e.g., GST, TDS). - Preference for candidates based in Pune for easier commuting to the office.,
