Role Overview: As a Senior Fashion Stylist at Games2win, your main objective is to audit the fashion and styling showcased in the games, create new levels and content, provide insights on fashion trends, mentor teams, and stay updated with the latest fashion trends. Your role will involve collaborating with the Fashion Lead and contributing to the success of Games2win's fashion games portfolio. Key Responsibilities: - Audit the fashion and styling showcased in the games to ensure relevance and appeal to the target audience. - Create new levels and content for dress-up & narrative games such as International Fashion Stylist, Super Wedding Stylist, and Decisions. - Provide insights on reference looks for game characters based on fashion trends and styling. - Mentor teams on fashion by utilizing industry expertise and AI tools to reimagine content. - Stay updated with the latest trends in the fashion industry to keep the games relevant and engaging. - Study competitor games in the market with successful brand collaborations to gain insights and inspiration. - Price items appropriately before integrating them into the game. - Manage inventory of assets (50000+ assets) in the game and continuously add new ones. - Create detailed presentations (PPTs) for every special event, chapter, or theme added to the games. - Source backgrounds for games as they play a significant role in the overall gaming experience. - Collaborate with artists to provide feedback and suggestions for creating game content effectively. Qualifications Required: - 4-5 years of relevant experience in the fashion industry. - Strong knowledge of fashion trends, styling, and industry best practices. - Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities effectively. - Proficiency in creating engaging and visually appealing content for games. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams. - Up-to-date with the latest fashion trends and themes to ensure game content remains relevant and attractive to the target audience.,
