SR. FASHION DESIGNER

Role Overview: You will be joining a dynamic design team at Ragnik Exports Pvt. Ltd as a Senior Fashion Designer. Your primary responsibility will be to create innovative collections in line with brand vision, market trends, and consumer demand. In addition, you will lead the product development process, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and mentor junior designers. Key Responsibilities: - Develop seasonal collections aligning with brand vision, market trends, and consumer demand. - Create original designs, mood boards, sketches, and technical drawings using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. - Conduct market research, trend forecasting, and fabric sourcing to inspire design ideas. - Lead the product development process from concept to final production. - Collaborate with pattern makers, merchandisers, and production teams to ensure design accuracy and quality. - Review samples, provide feedback, and make necessary adjustments to meet design and quality standards. - Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technology for maintaining a competitive edge. - Mentor and guide junior designers and interns as required. Qualification Required: - Educational Background: Postgraduate Degree, Graduate Degree, or Diploma in Fashion Designing from NIFT (mandatory). - Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in fashion design, preferably in a senior or lead role. - Software Skills: Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop is essential. - Other Skills: Excellent sense of style, color, and fashion aesthetics. Strong understanding of garment construction, fabrics, and production techniques. Excellent communication, time management, and leadership skills.
