Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Sr. Farm Manager located in Pune. The Sr. Farm Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of farm operations, including irrigation, farm management, agriculture, and overseeing poultry operations. The role involves planning and implementing farm activities, monitoring crop and livestock health, ensuring optimal productivity, and coordinating with the team to achieve the desired outcomes. The Sr. Farm Manager will also be responsible for maintaining farm records and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Qualifications

• Irrigation management skills
• Farm Management experience and knowledge of agriculture practices
• Understanding and management of farms and poultry operations
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills
• Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills
• Ability to work independently and make informed decisions
• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Farm Management, or related field is preferred
• Experience in similar roles will be an added advantage
