About the Role
Prudent Technologies is seeking a proactive and driven Sr. Executive / Deputy Manager – Business Solutions to join our dynamic team. The role involves project deployment, stakeholder management, and ensuring timely, high-quality deliverables that meet client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Deploy and complete projects within defined timelines and allocated budgets.
• Ensure adherence to project schedules and quality standards.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction with project outcomes.
• Optimize resource utilization for efficient delivery.
• Identify and mitigate risks to ensure project success.
• Manage stakeholders through effective communication and engagement.
• Provide leadership and support to project teams.

Requirements

• Qualification:
• B.Tech + MBA in Systems (Freshers eligible), OR
• Any Post Graduate with experience in Project Management.
• Skills:
• Post Graduate Diploma in Project Management.
• Certifications in Operations Management or Project Management preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year (if not MBA graduate).
• Language Skills: English & Hindi (Read, Write, Speak).
