Education

• Graduate in any Science/Commerce discipline.
• MBA (Finance) preferred.

Experience

• Proven experience in tendering, bidding, procurement, or a similar role.
• Prior experience with government tenders and platforms (GeM, CPPP, etc.) is a significant advantage.

Desired Skills and Exposures

• Strong understanding of the tender process, documentation, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with e-tendering platforms (GeM, CPPP, etc.).
• Ability to work under pressure, manage tight deadlines, and prioritise tasks effectively.
