Responsibilities :- Supervises staff to produce manufactured products, and organizes and monitors workflow. Recruits, selects, onboards, trains, and mentors employees. Provides manufacturing information by compiling, initiating, sorting, and analyzing production performance records and data, and answering questions and responding to requests. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Oversee and coach employees. Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance. Check production output according to specifications. Submit reports on performance and progress. Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements. Problem-solving skills.
