Job Description

Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identifying and contacting potential clients, understanding their technical needs, and initiating the sales process. Field & Telesales Activities: Engaging with clients in person and over the phone to present solutions, demonstrate products, and close deals. Technical Expertise: Understanding and explaining complex technical features and solutions to clients, providing technical support and advice. Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Sales Cycle Management: Understanding and managing the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing and implementation. Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and contributing to overall revenue growth. Reporting & Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deal progression. Team Collaboration: Working with other departments, including engineering and product development, to ensure customer needs are met. Market Research: Staying informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices. Upselling & Cross-selling: Identifying opportunities to increase sales by recommending additional products or services. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Language: Hindi (Preferred) English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
