Sr. Executive | Technical Documentation & Digital Innovation

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and maintain technical dossiers for Soaps and detergent products including process parameters, specifications, and formulations.
• Understand and interpret soap and detergent formulations, claims and consumer testing, including raw material functionality and manufacturing processes.
• Maintain and organize data in centralized digital repositories (e.g., SharePoint, PLM, or equivalent).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Manufacturing, QA, and Procurement for technical document updates.
• Leverage digital tools such as Microsoft Power BI, Minitab, Excel (Advanced), and other data analytics/statistical software for process and product analysis.
• Use and guide team members in using AI tools, including Microsoft Copilots, and emerging digital platforms to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives within the technical documentation and R&D operations.
• Ensure compliance with internal standards, regulatory guidelines, and audit readiness.

Preferred candidate profile

• B.Tech / M.Sc / B.Sc in Chemistry / Chemical Engineering / Cosmetic Science / allied field.
• 57 years of experience in Soap and detergent industry, preferably in R&D or Process Technology.
• Strong knowledge of formulations and manufacturing processes of soap and detergent.
• Familiarity with digital repository systems (PLM, SAP DMS, etc.).
• Proficiency in statistical tools (Minitab, JMP, or similar), Excel macros, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a technical mindset.
• Digital-first mindset and passion for continuous improvement.
