Sr Executive - Relationship & Business Performance

As a Senior Executive- Relationship & Business Performance for the City Business Operations team at Swiggy Instamart, your role will involve recommending and advising on best practices to improve Customer Experience (Cx) by optimizing picking and packing processes. You will guide partner stores on utilizing tools and dashboards effectively to ensure accurate picking, packing, and billing of customer orders. Additionally, you will assess the quality of Pods, provide recommendations for operational enhancements, and advise on speed perception and order fulfillment to enhance Customer Experience. Key Responsibilities: - Recommend and advise on best practices of picking and packing to enhance Cx. - Advise partner stores on processes for correct picking, packing, and billing using tools and dashboards. - Guide partners on the proper usage of dashboards to prevent inaccuracies impacting Cx. - Assess Pod quality and suggest measures for smooth operations leading to better Customer Experience. - Provide recommendations for continuous improvement in delivering best Cx metrics. - Advise partners on training aspects necessary for improving Cx metrics. - Recommend measures to partners for managing demand patterns and order volumes during holidays or peak seasons to prevent any impact on Customer Experience. Qualifications: - Graduate with 3-5 years of retail management experience. - Experience in leading 15+ people/employees in a retail or store setting. - Strong problem-solving skills and data-driven decision-making abilities. - Adaptability to dynamic situations. - Background in retail, FMCG, or quick commerce industry.
