Role Overview: As a Senior Executive Medical Claim Scrutinizer, your main responsibility will be to interact with customers who have disputes regarding claim rejections or queries related to claims. You will also need to provide relevant information to customers, offer floor support for the team in handling any medical document queries, and assist walk-in customers with their claims.
