Sr. Executive Marketing (Communications & PR)

As a Marketing Communication Manager at Nikon India Pvt. Ltd, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing communication strategies to enhance the company's brand and public image. You will collaborate closely with the PR agency to coordinate media activities, create press releases, and manage both internal and external communications. Your core responsibilities will include drafting and distributing press releases, maintaining relationships with journalists and key media outlets, managing public media events, product launches, and press conferences. Moreover, you will monitor media coverage, prepare reports for management, and handle crisis communications when necessary. In addition to the core responsibilities, you will focus on integrating digital marketing strategies. This will involve planning and executing digital campaigns, managing social media accounts, monitoring online reputation, coordinating with the technical team for content creation, and analyzing campaign performance. To excel in this role, you should possess strong communication skills, networking ability, adaptability, and good teamwork skills. An MBA or PGDM in Marketing along with 4-8 years of work experience is required for this position based in Gurgaon.
