Job Summary: We are seeking a competent and hands-on Senior Executive Instrumentation to support the installation, calibration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of instrumentation systems in our API manufacturing plant. The ideal candidate must have strong technical expertise in pharma instrumentation, automation systems, and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities: Perform regular calibration, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of plant instrumentation. Assist in preparing and updating documentation such as calibration schedules, SOPs, and maintenance logs. Support the execution of instrumentation-related projects and ensure timely completion. Maintain instruments like RTDs, thermocouples, level/pressure/temperature transmitters, control valves, and auto dispensing systems. Support DCS, SCADA, and R-Scada system operations and routine maintenance. Participate in audits and ensure readiness through proper documentation and compliance with cGMP requirements. Coordinate with production, QA, and utility teams for instrumentation support in operations and validations. Assist in managing vendors and contractors for instrumentation maintenance and supply. Required Skills: Good working knowledge of field instrumentation , automation systems , and process control . Hands-on experience with DCS, SCADA, R-Scada , and auto dispensing systems . Familiarity with pharma utility instrumentation (e.g., water system, HVAC sensors, cold chambers). Understanding of GMP documentation , audit preparedness , and regulatory standards . Capable of reading and interpreting P&IDs , wiring diagrams , and loop drawings . Basic knowledge of PLC programming is an added advantage. Preferred Industry Experience: API or Pharmaceutical Manufacturing (mandatory)
