Sr Executive Finance (AP & Treasury)

As a member of the Corporate Finance team at Tally, you will be part of a dynamic group focused on driving financial strategies to enhance Tally's growth and competitive edge. Your role will involve empowering informed decision-making, innovative planning, fortifying operations, and optimizing cash flow with a long-term value creation perspective. **Key Responsibilities:** - Own and manage transactions to ensure timely fulfillment. - Understand the implications of transactions/spends and apply appropriate conditions for their purpose, questioning deviations to align with organizational objectives. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners like agencies, vendors, and influencers. - Stay updated with industry trends and insights to enhance your knowledge and process flows for improved performance. - Reconcile employees" corporate credit card statements and bank balances. - Ensure accurate accounting of expenses based on employee claims. - Identify exceptions, report incorrect claims, and provide guidelines for corrections in the processing. - Facilitate team members with necessary knowledge and skills to enhance teamwork. **Qualifications Required:** - Good knowledge of Tally Prime product and its features. - Basic working knowledge of all TDS and GST provisions. - Proficiency in MS-Office. - Ability to understand and analyze transactions for accounting purposes. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork.
