Sr. Executive / Executive - Billing

Job Description: Position : Executive / Sr. Executive Experience : 01 to 05 years Job Responsibilities: Responsible to counsel the patients with issues pertaining to administrative procedure foravailing Corporate Plans Coordinates with the corporates for admissions and approval. Coordinate with concerned Consultants and respective corporates to facilitate patient care. Settles any disputes with patients at the time of billing. Supervises and trains worker performing clerical tasks and collection activities. Initiates and answers patient’s correspondence. Prepare reports showing numbers and amounts of collection, delinquent accounts and related matters. Responsible for the imparting/organizing for functional training for the department staff Display the standard protocol of service as per KIMS culture while handling patients / patientattendants Keep a track on the TATs defined and adhered to the same Maintain good interpersonal relationships with Doctors , Patients , Corporate Representatives and other departments Should be aware of all the Tariffs as per the Corporate agreements and verify the same while billing Interested candidates may walk in for interview from 06.06.2025 to 07.06.2025 with updated resume.
