Sr. Executive (EDI & Documentation - Import)

You will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of import documentation and customs clearance processes with utmost accuracy and efficiency. With 3-5 years of experience, you should be well conversant with E-Annex/i-Caffe or other EDI Software, proficient in Customs Tariff CTH & Notifications, Single Window -Info/Statement through EDI System, and capable of resolving in-depth Query/Compliances in a methodical manner independently. Your key responsibilities will include: - Ensuring 100% accuracy and efficiency in handling all import customs clearance documentation. - Working closely with the Operations team to ensure smooth and efficient processing of import shipments. - Taking charge of urgent documentation tasks, ensuring all files are updated and accurately maintained. - Updating data in i-Caffe/E-aanex and ensuring accurate BOE (Bill of Entry) filing with no discrepancies. - Ensuring all documentation is properly filed and in compliance with regulations, with regular updates to filing systems. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience.
