Sr Executive - Digital Marketing

The Senior Executive - Digital Marketing will be responsible for driving the organic presence across platforms, supporting influencer collaborations, coordinating shoots, and monitoring trends in the lifestyle jewelry space.

Key responsibilities include assisting in creating monthly content calendars for Instagram and YouTube Shorts, scheduling and posting content with a consistent and distinct brand voice, and monitoring engagement and performance to recommend adjustments. The role involves working with design and copy teams to produce visually engaging content, planning themes around festivals, product launches, or Gen Z moments, and ensuring brand consistency. This individual will help shortlist and manage micro-influencers and content creators, coordinate shoot planning, approvals, and timelines, and support behind-the-scenes coordination for campaign films and photoshoots. Additionally, the role requires monitoring competitor activity and market trends in jewelry or lifestyle brands, sharing insights and ideas to enhance brand standing, and identifying Gen Z content cues. The Senior Executive will also liaise with creative agencies for campaign assets, share clear briefs and timelines, and collaborate with product, retail, and in-store teams for alignment.
