The Sr. Executive - Compliance & Client Audit position at VARITE India Private Limited in Bangalore requires a minimum of 1 year of experience and an MBA-HR qualification. The ideal candidate should possess good knowledge of Labour Law Compliances including PF, Client, S&E, The Contract Labour (Regulation And Abolition) Act, 1970, and having a background in the recruitment industry would be an added advantage. The working hours for this role are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday. The essential job functions include ensuring compliance with labor laws and client audit requirements.
