Sr. Executive / Asst. Manager (Apparel Sales)

Role Overview: As a Sales Manager in the apparel industry, your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets. You will be expected to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, conduct market research to identify trends, collaborate with cross-functional teams, prepare sales reports for senior management, train junior sales staff, ensure product quality control, and represent the company at trade shows and exhibitions. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets in the apparel segment. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. - Conduct market research to identify trends, market needs, and competitor activity in the apparel industry. - Collaborate with marketing, production, and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery of products. - Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management. - Train and mentor junior sales staff, providing guidance on product knowledge and sales techniques. - Ensure that products meet quality standards and customer requirements. - Represent the company at trade shows and exhibitions to promote products and enhance brand visibility. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. - 4 to 10 years of experience in apparel sales or a related industry. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong negotiation and persuasion skills. - Ability to analyze sales data and market trends. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. - Personal attributes: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team. - Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and trade shows.,
