Job Opportunity: Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager – Personnel & Liaisoning

Qualification: Graduate / Post Graduate (Preference: MBA / LLB / HR / Personnel Management)

Experience: 8–12 years in liaisoning & personnel functions, preferably in a Garment or Manufacturing industry.

Industry: Garment Manufacturing

Location: Ludhiana

Salary Range: ₹75,000 – ₹80,000 per month

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Handle liaisoning work with government departments such as:

Pollution Control Board

Electricity Board

Labour Department

Factory Licensing Authority

PF/ESI offices and other regulatory bodies

Ensure statutory compliance and maintain all related documentation.

Coordinate for renewal of factory licenses, pollution consents, and other legal permits.

Manage inspection visits and prepare compliance reports.

Maintain healthy relations with government officers for smooth business operations.

Support HR/Personnel functions like employee records, attendance, and statutory returns
