Sr. Executive - Accounts

Job Responsibility:

• To be responsible for proper and prompt maintenance of day to day accounting & financial records of the company
• Handling Accounts payable, Vendor ledger reconciliations, Recovery from Vendors in respect of excess paid/advances
• Independently handling Fixed Assets Accounting in SAP.
• Proper accounting of manpower costs, Wages, salaries, statutory dues, Allowances, Incentives and other wage bills
• Proper accounting of logistics bills, thorough checking of PO, and clearing the payments in an effective manner
• General Accounting including JVs, Accounts Receivable, Vendor invoice booking, Vendor Payments, etc. and must have substantial knowledge and experience for the same to operate on own independently, without regular supervision
• Banks reconciliation with Statements on daily basis
• Control on petty cash handed to admin
• Booking of interest income on Fixed deposits
• Handling documentation works of banking related and others
• Should have good communication skills in English and be able to communicate with Customers / Vendors, and explain AR / AP Reconciliation, if required, and also communicate suitably with management
• Prepare other AR reports required for monthly MIS or submission to CFO/management
• Be actively involved in accounting and compliance
• Intercompany balance reconciliation
• Coordination with Internal and Statutory auditors, providing the data for audit and addressing audit queries.
• Managing Foreign payments in co-ordination with Banks
• Issuance of TDS certificates to vendors
• Accounting of TDS/TCS from customers
• Prepare various MIS required by management from time to time
• Attend any Ad-hoc tasks requested by management from time to time

Job Specifications:

• Inter CA /MCOM with Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience with manufacturing Industry. Hands on Experience in SAP
• SAP (HANA) is must. Should have good head for numbers. Good communication and organizational skills . Ability to work collaboratively internally with all the teams
• Should be able to manage responsibility independently, Define Clear behavioral competencies required to perform the job.
• Good management, understanding of business, customer focused and ability to develop good relationship with all stakeholders.
