Sr. Exe/Asst.Mgr- Warehouse For Pharma Plant EU & Australia Approved)

Role & responsibilities

1. Material Receipt & Handling

• Receive Raw Materials, Packing Materials, General Items, Machines, and Equipment as per company procedure.
• Ensure proper documentation during receipt including invoices, delivery challans, COAs, and related documents.
• Verify received items against purchase orders and ensure compliance with quality requirements.

2. Material Dispensing & Documentation

• Dispense Raw and Packing Materials to production as per requisitions.
• Maintain accurate dispensing records and usage logs to ensure traceability.
• Communicate with production and QA regarding any dispensing-related issues.

3. Storage & Arrangement

• Arrange materials according to defined storage conditions (temperature, humidity, segregation).
• Label, code, and store materials in compliance with cGMP and GDP guidelines.

4. Stock Management & Reporting

• Maintain daily stock records for all materials.
• Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
• Prepare stock verification reports and update management.

5. Warehouse Hygiene & Safety

• Monitor and supervise daily cleaning activities of the warehouse.
• Maintain cleaning records as per SOP.
• Ensure compliance with safety and housekeeping standards.

6. Equipment Calibration & Monitoring

• Perform balance calibration activities as per schedule and maintain calibration records.Monitor warehouse environmental conditions (temperature, humidity, pressure differentials) and record results.

7. Quality & Inspection Activities

• Prepare Material Inspection Reports and Goods Receipt Notes (GRN).
• Ensure materials are released by QA before usage.
• Handle rejected, near expiry, and retest materials as per SOP.

8. Coordination & Communication

• Coordinate with Purchase, PPIC, and QA departments regarding material deliveries, shortages, or issues.
• Communicate dispensing-related issues to concerned departments promptly.
• Check Raw & Packing Material indents for correctness and forward them to the Purchase Department.

9. Compliance & Audits

• Ensure adherence to cGMP, GDP, and company SOPs in all warehouse operations.
• Support internal and external audit compliance related to material management.
