Job Description

Residential & Commercial Project

Analyze drawings, specifications, and project requirements to develop accurate cost estimates.
Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ), take-offs, and pricing for materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor services.
Conduct risk analysis and value engineering assessments to optimize project costs.
Liaise with clients, consultants, vendors, and subcontractors for price negotiations and technical clarifications.
Review and validate estimates submitted by junior estimators.
Collaborate with project management, procurement, and design teams for bid submissions and project planning.
Maintain and update a database of costs, rates, and historical project data for future reference.
Participate in bid/no-bid decision-making processes and prepare comprehensive estimation reports.
Support post-tender clarifications and participate in contract award discussions as needed.
