Prepare detailed cost estimates for Turnkey/EPC/PPP projects, including civil, structural, and finishing works. Analyse structural drawings to extract quantities and prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities). Develop and review Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) Required Candidate profile B.E. in Civil Engineering with around 3-4 years of experience in estimation for high-rise EPC projects. Strong understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and market rates.

Role & responsibilities : Proficient in creating Project Budget, analyzing Project requirement and specification, controlling cost of project through resource management. End to end responsible for quantity estimation, costing and Budgeting. Preferred candidate profile : 1.Estimation and Costing. 2.Preparation of Rate Analysis, Cost to Completion Report. 3.Co-ordination with all stakeholders for preparation of Budget of all stages of project cycle. 4.Providing inputs to TC team regarding floating RFP documents 5.Attending meetings with all stakeholders
