Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Assist with managing the tooling & production.
Leading teams with cross-functional representatives from all departments
Should be able handle shift activities and team members
Handle the shift individually.
Should have hands on experience tool maintenance activities, such as assembly .spotting. trouble shooting, break down analysis
Basic knowledge about design software
Should be able to coordinate between interdepartmental activities. Production / QC/ PD / FM
Should be able to handle day today activities make reports
Should have Basic knowledge about Tool Room Documentations. MTTR . MTBF.ISO/TS
Through knowledge about Matching & Polishing, HRS ,Trouble shouting, PM activity.
New Mould trials and trouble shooting .
Knowledge of 3D modeling is an advantage (Catia, Pro Engineer, Inventor, etc.)
Technical thinking , Teamwork, Presentation and communication skills

Team Player

Preferred candidate profile

Handle Mould from 100 t to 1500 T machine
