Sr. Engineer - Sales - Extrusion - Bangaluru

As a Key Account Manager for Extrusion machinery business, your role will involve building and strengthening long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and identifying new business opportunities in multiple territories. Your responsibilities will include: - Partnering with customers to understand their needs and ensure the right machine sizing & selection - Identifying emerging markets and market shifts, while staying updated on new products and competition status - Generating business, achieving AOP targets, reducing discounts, and enhancing profitability as a Key Account Manager - Visiting customers regularly to maintain liaison, convert them into repeat customers, develop a new customer base, and conquer competitors" customers - Ensuring timely submission of quotations and maintaining constant follow-up for business conversion - Monitoring and ensuring order submission in Big Machines and process enhancement - Collecting market information about new products and competitors" activities - Enhancing business through diligent positioning of products in the market - Maintaining the sales pipeline, presenting sales, revenue, and expense reports, and providing realistic forecasts to the senior team Basic Qualifications: - Education Qualification: B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical / Plastics and Master of Business Administration (MBA) will be considered as an additional qualification - Experience: 4-5 years of experience in sales of Capital equipment, experience in extrusion machines or Injection molding machines shall be an added advantage Milacron, a global leader in the plastic technology and processing industry, is dedicated to manufacturing, distributing, and servicing highly engineered and customized systems.
