Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain embedded firmware for microcontroller systems.
Work with cross-functional teams (hardware, software, and testing) to define system architecture and requirements.
Develop, debug, and optimize code in embedded C for RTOS and bare-metal environments.
Integrate sensors, communication modules (e.g., BLE, Wi-Fi, UART, SPI, I2C, CAN), and peripheral interfaces.
Conduct unit testing, system validation, and debugging using oscilloscopes, logic analysers, and protocol analysers.
Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and documentation of development processes.
Support product certification, Value Engineering, manufacturing, and field-testing activities.
Stay updated with emerging embedded technologies and suggest improvements for product performance and reliability.

Required Skills:

Hands-on experience with ARM Cortex-M (Microcontrollers) .
Strong proficiency in C/C++ programming for embedded platforms.
Good understanding of microcontroller architectures (e.g., ARM Cortex-M, STM32, PIC, ESP32, etc.).
Experience in IDE Keil / IAR / MPLAB / CubeIDE / CCS / GCC etc.
Experience with communication protocols (UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, Modbus, BLE, Wi-Fi, etc.)
Familiarity with hardware debugging tools and techniques.
Knowledge of power optimization, bootloaders, and firmware OTA updates is a plus.
Experience with version control systems .
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment

Qualification:

Bachelors or Master’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Engineering, or related
field
5+ years of hands-on experience in embedded firmware development.
Experience in hardware design and circuit development for application
