Sr Engineer

Role Overview: As a senior role in the UK business unit, you will be responsible for producing KPI tracking reports and ensuring key data is extracted in a suitable format to facilitate performance management. Your main focus will be on maintaining a standard reporting and communication methodology with partner stakeholders, specifically within the Customer Service and collaboration performance areas. You will work closely with BU CS functional owners to update reports according to daily business needs and provide support for historical performance tracking. Your role is crucial in ensuring clear and timely visibility of operational and regulatory performance to drive continuous service improvement. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct regular KPI tracking - Complete ad hoc reports for senior management or stakeholders - Provide preliminary root cause analysis - Generate monthly reports - Continuously improve the reporting process - Project manage reporting and analytics development - Create and model scenarios to support Customer collaboration - Design new scorecards and dashboards in collaboration with local CS teams - Perform proactive system analysis for improvement opportunities and fault diagnosis - Support reporting automation and report creation using digitalization tools like Power BI - Investigate and trial new CS tools to enhance development opportunities Qualifications: - Advanced knowledge of Power BI and Power Automate - Basic knowledge of SQL and Python - Analytical mindset - Good communication skills,
