Sr Engineer Operations ETP KG KKD

As the In-charge of the Central Control Room operations, you will be responsible for the following key responsibilities: - Capable of operating DCS, Fire and Gas, and ESD systems from Central Control Room - Respond effectively to emergencies and ensure plant inhibits and overrides are controlled as per procedures and SMS guidelines - Optimize the process, reduce or control plant upsets, and respond effectively to emergencies in a safe and environmentally sound manner - Ensure accurate production reporting is submitted daily or as required by the company and client - Monitor process parameters of Topsides and Subsea wellhead at offshore facilities and maintain and optimize within operating requirements - Monitor process operation of Utility systems from the control room like HVAC, power generation, Water maker, Air Compressor, Nitrogen system, Fuel gas, diesel, and maintain availability and quality as per set norms - Coordinate field operations, including periodic changeover of equipment, sampling management, and positive isolation of equipment before handing over to maintenance - Work closely with water & sand production management, participate in well inflow/outflow modeling and nodal analysis, and troubleshoot liquid loading, well closures, hydrate, and unloading problems in oil/gas wells - Adhere to company HSE requirements and procedures, monitor SIMOPS, perform and maintain override register, and execute process isolation - Prepare and submit daily progress reports, monthly chemical consumption reports, and maintain various logs and checklists as required - Contribute to the control of critical situations and respond to emergencies offshore Qualifications Required: - BE in Chemical/Mechanical/Petroleum Engineering from a recognized university Experience Required: - Specific experience: 5 years in Offshore Operation Oil & Gas major size industry - Overall experience: 10 years Additional Details: - Skill & Competencies required include proficiency in DCS, FGS, ESD system operations, SAP, Process engineering, and Process safety - Offshore Personal Survival and Management of Major Emergencies are essential competencies for this role,
