Sr. Engineer MPC Inspection

Role Overview: As an Engineer Projects, your main purpose is to schedule, plan, forecast, resource, and manage all technical activities to ensure the successful execution of projects within specified timelines, budgets, and adherence to project management standards set by the company. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct day-to-day activities in compliance with relevant policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions to maintain controlled and consistent work practices. - Stay updated with leading practices and trends to contribute to continuous improvement of systems, processes, and procedures. - Lead project execution by organizing and controlling project elements based on performance standards, requirements, and product design. - Review engineering deliverables and take necessary actions as required. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as Operations, Maintenance, Procurement, JEC/Engineering for project-related activities to ensure smooth implementation. - Monitor compliance with applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, and specifications. - Ensure timely completion of projects within approved budget, closure of transactions, and maintain quality in project execution. - Collaborate and communicate with project managers and other project participants to drive efficient project methods and maintain project profitability. - Prepare and maintain all IMS documents as per requirements and archive them according to documentation standards. - Adhere to all statutory and regulatory compliances and maintain strict adherence to DEPs. Qualifications Required: - Education Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Engineering / Diploma degree in Engineering. - Experience: 3-7 years of experience in plant maintenance or project execution; higher experience level for diploma holders. - Functional Competencies: Project management, project documentation, mechanical- rotating & static equipment, civil, electrical & instrumentation system installation & commissioning, E&M-reliability & planning, knowledge of various codes and standards, knowledge of Health & Safety. Company Additional Details: The role involves interacting internally with Production, Quality, Audit, Supply Chain departments, and externally with Vendors and Consultants. Adherence to project timelines, documentation accuracy & completeness, budget adherence, and the percentage of successful projects are the success metrics for this role.,
