Sr. Engineer MPC Inspection

As an Engineer Projects at our organization, your primary responsibility will be to schedule, plan, forecast, resource, and manage all technical activities with a focus on executing projects within specified timelines, budgets, and in adherence to RIL project management standards. Your key responsibilities will include: - Adhering to all relevant policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions to ensure work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner - Staying updated with leading practices and trends to contribute towards continuous improvement of systems, processes, and procedures - Leading project execution by organizing and controlling project elements, reviewing engineering deliverables, and coordinating with cross-functional teams for smooth implementation - Monitoring compliance with applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards, and specifications - Ensuring timely completion of projects within approved budget, maintaining quality in project execution, and cooperating with project managers and other participants to drive efficient project methods - Preparing and maintaining all IMS documents as per requirements, adhering to statutory and regulatory compliances, and maintaining strict adherence to DEPs Your success in this role will be measured by your adherence to project timelines, documentation accuracy, completeness, budget adherence, and the percentage of successful projects. Key interactions in this role will include internal stakeholders such as Production, Quality, Audit, and Supply Chain teams, as well as external interactions with Vendors and Consultants. Minimum qualifications for this role include a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a Diploma degree in Engineering, along with 3-7 years of experience in plant maintenance or project execution. Functional competencies required for this role include project management, project documentation, knowledge of mechanical rotating & static equipment, civil, electrical & instrumentation system installation & commissioning, E&M reliability & planning, knowledge of various codes and standards, and knowledge of health & safety protocols.
