Minimum Qualification Required:

• BE/B Tech in Mechanical Degree
• 5-7 Years of experience in Aluminium Refinery/Cement Industry/Metal & Ore Mining
• Proven success working in an industrial setup
• Resourceful mindset and strong attention to detail

Role & Responsibility:

• LLF to be done for all the critical equipment on daily basis
• Planning and execution of all the shift activities and availability of required manpower
• Generating shift reports and make documenting as per the client requirement
• Follow and ensure the SOP/SMP& client safety standards
• Involvement in improvement initiatives through KAIZEN
• Ensure self and workers’ safety and health
• Involvements in JSA before executing any critical job
• Shutdown planning/Shift planning/Daily MIS reporting
• Supervising the maintenance activities with respect to the plan for timely completion of the jobs
• Daily tracking of plan vs executed jobs
• Preparation of mitigation plan/fallback plan
• Ensure the safety performance standard requirement has adhered to in all jobs
• Job quality to be ensured through following the SMP/SOP
• Motivating the technicians to improve their involvement in KAIZEN/SGA/FIP
• Working knowledge of SAP
• Tracking of improvement initiative

Required Skill:

Should have sound knowledge of Ball Mill, Vibrating Screen, conveyor thickener, Rake Mechanism, Agitators, Slurry Pumps, Clear Liquid Pumps, Geho Pumps

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
