As a part of the team, you will be responsible for the following: - Building and maintaining strong customer relations - Marketing and developing the business - Negotiating contracts with clients - Handling customer audits and visits efficiently - Submitting and negotiating tenders for projects - Demonstrating strong technical knowledge in the relevant field - Being the primary point of contact for customers - Managing projects from the receipt of purchase orders to dispatch, including monitoring, coordinating, troubleshooting, and providing suitable solutions or facilitating collaboration to reach a resolution - Being willing to work in the field as required Qualifications required for this role: - 3 to 5 years of experience in a manufacturing company specializing in heat exchangers and pressure vessels Please note that the compensation package will be discussed and negotiated during the interview process.,
