Track progress of civil works to ensure alignment with the project schedule and budget.
Perform quality control checks and monitor subcontractor performance to ensure workmanship meets required standards.

Compliance and Documentation

Ensure adherence to local building codes, environmental norms, and regulatory standards.
Maintain and update accurate records, including daily reports, technical drawings, and test certificates.
Assist in obtaining statutory permits and clearances from relevant authorities.

Safety and Quality Control

Enforce safety practices and protocols at construction sites.
