This is anoperational role, responsible for delivering results that have a direct impacton solution engineering for the assigned account/business and ensure deliveryof quality outcomes.Responsibilities :-Provide solutioning support to sales teams inthe region/function.Experience in working with Productionsupport/Enhancement.Provide L2/L3 support to application Operationsfor any design or repeated issues which needs Engineering intervention.

Experience

in debugging application and database log files and web UI issues.Hands on experience in dealing with changemanagement.Hands on experience in PL/SQL programming.Hands on experience in MySQL ,PostgreSQLdatabase programming.Hands on experience in working with various AssureOneapplication products of networking such as IP Access, IPVPN, SDWAN, MMSP,Ethernet In SMARTS etc.Exhaustive experience in writing and applicationcode debugging and UNIX shell scripting as well as Perl scripts for automatingBAU activities.

• Hands-on
  

experience in application bug fixing and performing root cause analysis.
Hands-on Experience in automating applicationsfor reporting and fault management to reduce human dependency by large

L1 and L2 team training and preparing SOP document's .
Application Configuration changes requested by user or asper system demand.Preparing software development calendarPreparing reports and dashboards on project timedeviations, rework time etcConductingdevelopment testing and reports testing issues to supervisionIdentifying and tracking bugs, assessingnature of bugs, and executing corrective actions

• Production application support in weekend

Desired Skill sets1. PL/SQL programming.
