As a candidate based in Pune, you will be responsible for supervising and executing interior and finishing works such as tiling, waterproofing, plastering, painting, carpentry, and false ceiling. Your role will involve ensuring that all activities are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, quality standards, and timelines. You will need to coordinate with contractors, vendors, architects, and consultants to guarantee the smooth execution of site activities. Additionally, you will be required to prepare daily work progress reports, monitor manpower and material utilization, verify measurements, and assist in preparing bills for interior and finishing works. It will be your responsibility to ensure the proper implementation of waterproofing methods and materials at various project stages, as well as inspect and check the quality of tiling, grouting, surface finishes, and alignment. Identifying and resolving site-level technical issues proactively, ensuring adherence to safety and quality norms at the site, and supporting in the handover of completed units after quality inspection are also key aspects of this role.
